Use the Salary Wizard Calculator to see if you're making as much as you should. If not, consider asking for a raise, especially if you've been at the company for more than a year.

in this economy thats a tad bit risky i would strongly not reconsider that. i should know i was fired from my job bcause my boss was scared i was gonna take his job and i get the AXE working at my job for five years! its stinks but what can you do
