damaged hair

hi guys, I've been stressing about my dull and fried hair for months.
actually it was my fault, I used to iron it then blow dry and coloured. I rested it for 3 months now, I just use shampoo and conditioner then tie it in ponytail.

Do you know any good remedy for damaged hair? :?

I think good shampoo and the conditioner are your best friends. And also cutting the frayed ends and maybe think about keeping it a bit shorter till it starts healing and grow the healthy parts ..

thanks, it's been cut short for a while. I want to grow it longer but I don't want a long mesh of damaged hair. I'm thinking of going to the salon for some treatment, I've already rested my hair for 3 months

Obviously shampoo and conditioner are the best friends of hair, but you need to aware about the authenticity of the products you’re using. You should try to use some homemade process for getting healthy and beautiful hair. Personally I follow a process you can try it. Mix one egg white with two teaspoons of curd and apply on your hair. It’s a good conditioner for hair. Also remember that oil massage is necessary for strong and healthy hair, so massage hair with pure warm coconut oil at least once in a week before washing by shampoo.

Dear mastermemei,
I hope you will try out this as early as possible and gain healthy and beautiful hair. But you should follow this process at least 2-3 months then you will get the positive result. So keep patience, it needs some time to repair your hair.

Best of luck.

RE: damaged hair

hi there!
some say its not a good thing to shampoo your hair everyday coz of the chemicals associated with the shampoo will make things worst for your hair...maybe every other day will do. then try hotoil treatment at least twice a month. avid ironing it for now.....
regular hotoil will help your hair Wink
