I have a friend who has lost over 100 pounds by changing her eating habits and thoughts about food, exercise and Tae Kwon Do.
Over eating is a habit. Change it from the inside and enjoy your life.

Hello.. it's good to see someone closer to my age here.
I love your fairy.
Well, my exercise is done for today, probably sweeted off a pound or two.. mostly water though.
My goal is to be down to 135 in 8 months, another 15 pounds to go. This will aid me in jumping kicks and just might make me faster.
I worked off about 20 pounds so far in the last 1 1/2 years with Tae Kwon Do. I don't like to diet and exercise, it's no fun to me. But TKD is fun. It really speaks to the WOMAN in side..

I lost about 50 pounds with my dance and being very short it needed to happen.

Wow, Good for you.
I too love to dance. Some days I just have to dance.
I love rock, new age, Native American drum pow wow , Blues, some heavy metal and classical.
I hear Mr President by Pink a bit ago. Good song. Reminded me of all the songs about the Vietnam war when I was growing up. I am glad to see the young people singing about a cause.

I just wrote up a healthy plan of eating right and exercise that fits my schedule and body one that wont overwhelm me , I started today YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
THE WOMEN CAME FROM A MAN'S RIB NOT HIS FEET TO BE WALKED ON, NOT FROM HIS HEAD TO BE SUPERIOR, BUT FROM HIS SIDE TO BE EQUAL, UNDER THE ARM TO BE PROTECTED, AND NEXT TO THE HEART TO BE LOVED!!!!!!!

Eat healthy.
Exercise.
Work on inner beauty as well.
Besides all of these point ‘Motivate yourself’ is more essential point, because I think the mind works wonders for the body.
