I ride my bike and take walks as long as it isn't too cold (it has been freezing here in Chicago lately). I would like to get a membership to a health club so I can work a little on my muscles. I have no desire to be like a female body builder or anything but I think I couls use a bit more muscle definition.

I think sometimes the perfect part is a girl thing. I get meditations for women by e mail each day and just the other day it was about how so much of who we are as women is on our inside.
