Well my MIL passed away last year. But when she was with us I have to say we got along ok. She lived in LA and we live in Salem Oregon so it is hard to be super close to someone who is soooo far away. But I remember all the times we went to her house. Bri and I would always have a great time! Everything was relaxing and she would take me out to coffee. We had a lot in common. If I was to complain about her in any way it would be the way she handled my children. She wasn't used to having kids around so it made it hard for them to.. well, be kids! Lol.
I don't hold it against her though because she was very ill for the past few years before she passed.
I do have to say now though, I miss her a lot.

that's interesting subject
well, my case is simple, we have a good communication and i respect her for lot's of things. She is always on our (her son's family) side, she gives me wise advices, sometimes nice presents ...but since our baby was born she didn't help much. I totally understand that it's not her responsibility but at least sometimes to give us a break would be nice so we could go to the movies. Now I know that I shouldn't expect much from her in case if we plan another child.

dont really talk to my bfs mum cuz she can be a bitch which is true, my bf told me alot about how she can be and i want us to move in together but he wont because of her! she has no job sits around all day long goes bed in the afternoon gets up for a few hours or so and goes back bed then gets up at 5!!! what for???? she dont work for peak sakes! grrr. I feel fo my bf i really do, he told me she used to be abusive she drinks alot my bf gives her 50 pound every week and for what? "shopping" she dont pay for it my bf does he pays the bills for her aswell, he hardly has money for him. She then spends that 50 pound on ciggeretts!. I stopped liking her cuz of what she was like with my bf she told him to send his sister a card for her bday and he said ok bearing in mind he didnt know what type to get so he got her a nice card for her and when he showed his mum she sounded horrible about it. As of other things too shes a really funny woman i cant even live with my bf yet and we've been together nearly a year and half i keep asking and i get is you know why.

Sorry for my long rant just so angry with her and i need to let steam off my chest.
