Losing weight - tell us your success story

If you had a problem with some kilos and you succeeded into getting rid of them, come here and tell us your story. How was it, what did you use Smile

I have a problem with lots of spare kilos! I would gladly give them up to anyone who wants them, only they stick around! I always intend to go for walks and exercise, but just dont seem to have the time. (and I lack motivation to do it!) Would love to hear some helpful hints and ideas how to lose those unwanted KG's

i was very very fat when i was little...and kept growing in size...but in hte 9th grade i started going to some kung fu classes..and that's how i lost weight...a lot! my classmates used to tell me i looked great, but now i don't take that classes anymore, and so i am starting to grow fat again...
but those kung fu hours were very good for me. i made a lot of exercise and i felt great...

am not! i have a belly and very thick legs...it just doesn;t show under the clothes...he he... so, when i am dressed, i look ok... :lol:

for the ones that really want to lose weight:
my dad used to weight over 100 kilos...so he went on a diet.
- he only ate some bananas at breakfast.
- at lunch he had some chicken, as far as i remember (chicken roast. you take the chicken, clean it and put it in the oven,in a pan, after you put a little oil on it, and you also put a small pot with water under the pan you fry it in. and you leave it there...you have to roll it over after a while so it doesn't fry to much...).
- and for dinner he ate boiled vegetables (you make a soup only with vegetables. then you separate the water from the vegies, and eat them.)
and he only ate black bread, no white bread.
and drank plenty of tea with no sugar in it.
if you get hungry between meals, you can eat some fruits like apples or oranges.
and make sure you get plenty of exercise. replace driving the car with long walks. that helps a lot.
