Have you ever just woke up and thought this day has been overwhelming. Your eyes are not open but your brain is working in your sleep about all the things you must do. The alarm goes off you rush with a workout it doesn’t get completed you quickly get started with husband kids and than work, chores, store, bills phone, and so and think I need 5 to myself to say this is a overwhelming day.

Yes, there are times that I'm too stressed about things that I dream about it and when I wake up I feel tired.

But then every day is a new beginning and its better to live life as it happens than worry.

I kinda have this almost daily. Keeping my regular job and a web design firm plus 30 sites of my own can really stress me way too much. I sometimes lose sleep from all the thinking and planning.

Yeah I stressed out loads earlier this term about all the work I had to do. I just made a list of everything I needed to do with the deadlines of the department and my own personal deadlines for them, and then crossed them off as they were achieved.
