starting to loose weight
Last february i gave up smoking and since then i have put on over half a stone, may not seem alot but all my clothes are to small and im not happy so im starting back to work tomoorow after the christmas holidays and im going starting my diet. so wish me luck and i will keep everyone posted. im hoping writing on this will keep me inspired to keep going!! Big Grin Big Grin

Good luck and congrats on quitting smoking! Big Grin The best way to lose weight isn't to diet, but to adopt a healthier lifestyle, such as exercising regularly and eating more healthy. If you adopt a healthier lifestyle, you're more likely to keep the weight off.

Hi Lilmissdimples,

Congratulations!!!! for quitting smoking! and started exercise! 1st time you can also practice at GYM that is joggers/runners around 30 min in 3 times. It is best way for weight loose! After you can try to lower and upper abs workout. It is best way for Body shape!

It's very good that you stopped smoking, but it's a usual thing to put on weight after you stop smoking. Then you need some hard exercises to control your weight.

Sounds like a great plan! Swimming is definitely a great exercise. It's a cardio workout and exercises all your muscles. I miss swimming! Tongue

I am very happy to stop smoking because it has no benefits and I will also start the diet tomorrow, I hope I'm lucky this time to end this program and tell us what happened to you and happy new year

Mostly eat fruits and vegetables that are currently available in-season.You can do Daily physical activity and then you can achieves fitness and balances energy expenditure with calorie intake.Balanced diet food such as Weight Watchers, rather than a fad diet.Use low-fat milk-dairy products in eating. You can eat a diet food with lots of fresh fruit and vegetables.You can not eat calories, saturated fats, cholesterol, sodium, and sugar.

I am going to start Walking.It is a great way to ease into a fitness plan if you are out of shape. It is a low impact, low intensity training than most people could be achieved without an effort too terrible. It is easy to facilitate entry and versatile in its application, allowing an infinite variety.
