I simply loved that movie!

The Lord of the Rings because of Viggo Mortensen and it was the film that inspired me to become a film director (even though that dream's now fading). It touched me so deeply for some reason - you know those films where you come out of them a different person to who you went in as? It was magical. And of course I adore Pirates of the Caribbean because of Captain Jack, but I was a little disappointed with the 2nd one.

Well, here goes-tell us your most favourite movie ever. And why you like that movie.

I'll start-City of Angels (Nicholas Cage & Meg Ryan). I love that movie because I am an utter romantic and this movie shows to what extent a person can be devoted to his love. Its a very subtle and romantic movie, the soundtracks are so good. I love them all.

It has a rather sad ending which defies the theory that "all ends well" but makes you realise that true love lies beyond.

P.S: You can have more than ONE fav. movie.

I think my favourite movie would be "The Quiet Man" starring John Wayne. It was all made in Ireland and the scenery is absolutely breathtaking. The storyline is excellent and has both adventure and romance included. I think it is the best movie that John Wayne ever made.
